The cuisine we offer wants to valorize the biodiversity and traditions that characterize our territory. Traditions that we see as precious notions to be integrated with today’s innovations, in order to improve them, without distortion.
The dishes we offer are therefore the result of the teachings we gather from the culinary history of these lands, reworked according to, in our opinion, the best way to valorize its flavors.
Our menu is composed by a short selection of dishes made entirely by us, from fresh pasta to desserts, with passion and love using ingredients from our garden and local farms.
